BBSI is accepting resumes for Data Entry clerks in Idaho Falls, ID.
Employees will be responsible for reviewing a variety of documents for accuracy and quality, and entering information into computer systems. Employees must be organized and able to maintain proper sequencing of multiple forms. Employees will work in an office setting using computers, copiers, scanners, fax machines, postage machines, and other office equipment. Clerks may have to move file boxes containing paperwork weighing up to 20 pounds. Document review and processing may include copying, scanning, filing, and shipping files to various locations.
Must type at least 35 WPM
Must be familiar and comfortable with standard office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Must have attention to detail
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
Experience in a financial setting is preferred, but not required.
Monday-Friday with 2 shifts available. AM-5:25am-1:55pm or PM 2:00pm-10:30pm
